Long-Term Stay Information (stays over 21 days)

We will accept applications for the 2019-20 season (Beginning September 17, 2019) on April 1, 2019.

The Surf & Turf RV Park accepts long-term stays on the condition of an approved application based on availability.  We have very few long term sites available for the 2018-19 season.  Application process can take 72+ hours to verify rental history, income and credit check.  The following information & fees are required for a long-term stay application:

• $50 non-refundable application fee
• Credit check
• 2 year rental history
• Income verification

Long-Term Application Instructions

1. Download the long-term application
2. Save to your computer (File - Save As)
3. Complete application
4. Save completed application to your computer
5. Attach saved file to an email and send to chris@surfandturfrvpark.com

Please email chris@surfandturfrvpark.com the completed long-term stay application, include your desired dates, size of requested space and year of RV.  We do not hold spaces or guarantee specific spaces until long-term application has been received and approved.

FAQ

1. We will not process your application until we have discussed site availability
2. Only pro-rate long term stay rates during the month of May
3. Once you commit to a move-in date, charges will begin to accrue from that date.  Your deposit will be used.
4. After the initial deposit all payments will be via cashiers check, personal check or money order.
